If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we provide a streamlined process for returns and exchanges to ensure your peace of mind.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare the Package

  Place the unused mat in its original packaging, ensuring all tags and complementary yoga mat bags are included to qualify for a full refund.

  Label and Ship

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, attach it securely to your parcel, and drop it off at your nearest authorized carrier location.

  Quality Check and Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects the returned equipment, we will process your refund or ship your exchange item within 5-7 business days.
